I’m obsessed with my brown jacket for the fall.
This hooded double-pocket flocking long sleeve coat is from Gamiss. It’s the perfect brown jacket for the fall. The material is thick but I wouldn’t necessarily call it a winter coat. I would wear this for 40 degree weather but nothing under that UNLESS you have a ton of layers. It’s super soft and I love that there are zippers + buttons to keep my secured. The hood keeps my head warm and the pockets are deep enough to securely put my phone and wallet in it.
I love this brown jacket for the fall.
I would definitely wear this for Fall but not for harsh winter weather. If your winters don’t get as cold as New York or Boston, but it gets windy and somewhat cold, then this jacket is definitely for you! This brown jacket does keep me warm and secured, so I do recommend it for anyone who lives in an area that gets windy. If you plan on layering, for example, multiple sweaters, I would suggest sizing up. I’m wearing a size small and I had room to wear a sweater and camisole underneath. However, if you wanted to wear a sweater and a cardigan, I would suggest a size up so that it’s not too bulky.
If you were planning to wear this jacket with a dress, this jacket is pretty short length-wise. This jacket does cover my butt area but it’s not long enough to layer with a dress unless the dress is as short as the jacket. You can pair this jacket up with a long shirt or sweater and throw leggings underneath like I did!
In general, I do love this jacket and I totally recommend this for the Fall. It’s thick enough for windy days and semi-cold days as well.
DISCLAIMER: This brown jacket was gifted to me by Gamiss but all opinions are of my own and as always, completely honest.
