Absorb: Luxury Facial Mist – Rose Geranium Review

Many of you guys know the brand Absorb by now because I have a couple posts reviewing a couple products that I’ve used in the past. You can read that HERE.

So I was able to try out Absorb’s Luxury Facial Mist – the Rose Geranium. I don’t know about you but I am obsessed with facial mists.

So their Rose Geranium is considered to be the “best friend of the skin.” It’s suitable for all skin types and is wonderful for dehydrated skin. It’s perfect for using after you cleansed your face. You basically just spray it before massaging in the Face Oil or any other oils. This is also great for refreshing your skin and makeupthroughout the day. It can also be used for overheated or irritated skin because of it’s cooling and calming effect. And it’s also great for men as an aftershave.

Their ingredients include 100% organic rose geranium hydrosol.

I genuinely like this product. I do switch between facial mists every day just because I am a facial mist freak (jk!) but I use this facial mist 1-2 times every other day. I have sensitive skin so I really like how this product doesn’t irritate my skin. I have combination skin. I get really oily in the summer and dry in the winter. It hasn’t been too cold so my skin thankfully hasn’t been dry yet. However, this mist doesn’t make me oily, greasy or dry.

I carry this mist in my bag when I’m at work. Whenever I feel like my makeup is messed up or if the heater is cranked up in my office, I usually take this mist out and spray my face to get refreshed. I tend to put too much foundation on and my makeup gets cakey, so the facial mist helps to prevent me from looking tocakey. So I mainly carry it to make sure I don’t look gross or cakey but this mist also helps to hydrate my skin.

I personally do like this mist because I think it’s great for hydrating my skin and keeping my makeup looking fresh throughout the day. The mist does get absorbed into my skin quickly. I have a bad habit of misting too much. Most products recommend that you spray once or twice but nope, I spray 5 times before I’m done (haha) and the product doesn’t take too long to get absorbed. For 5 sprays, it takes about a minute or two to absorb. If I spray just once, then it takes about 30 seconds, so it does absorb into my skin really quickly.

So if you’re looking for a new mist, I do recommend this one. It’s great for my combination, sensitive skin and I haven’t had any problems yet.
