Linda Tran will try the products out in a timely manner. She will try her best to let you know ahead of time how long she will take to post and when she will be posting. This is a probability and not an actual agreement of how Linda Tran will handle her product or sponsored posts. If you want to know the exact requirements of her sponsored post, please email her and/or draw up a contract because otherwise, LINDA TENCHI TRAN and its employees are not legally bound and agreed to this. Also, in the case that she does not like the product, she will email you to let you know to see if you still want her to review the product on her blog (even if it’ll be negative) or if you want her to refrain from posting about the product entirely. If you choose to have her review the product or if you do not respond back to her on time, she will review the product honestly, including listing all of the cons of the products but she will try my absolute (& most honest) best to include all, if any, pros to the products. It would be a pros and cons kind of review so that the post is not entirely negative. Of course, if she loves the product, she will be eager to post about it and list all of the pros of the products and may include some cons of the products. If you do not respond back within a timely manner of 2-3 business days and Linda Tran posts a negative review of your product, she is not legally responsible as you did not respond in time. You can ask her to take down the post but LINDA TENCHI TRAN and its employees are not responsible as Linda Tran is just stating why the product did not work for her and why she did not like it. If you are unhappy with the review, you may ask Linda Tran to take it down but you are still required to give the agreed upon reward.
