Out Of The Woods

Out Of The Woods

The last time my sisters and I had a photoshoot was probably back in December 2013 – yes, we did a photoshoot in the winter. But that’s a different story. It’s been a while since we had a shoot so we hit up our friend, Lita, and asked if we can schedule a photoshoot. We ended up having a photoshoot in the cold where the weather was in the 50-60. Somehow, we always do a photoshoot in the cold – maybe we just have bad luck or we’re just insane.

But Lita had a vision of doing a Forest Nymph photoshoot where we would be in the woods wearing white and flower crowns. We agreed. We thought it would be fun and interesting.

We took about an hour or two to do our hair and makeup, you know, we have to look good! Then, we were on our way to the woods – Lynn Woods Reservation. We walked for about 10 minutes and took probably 20 minutes to find “the spot.” I was dumb enough to wear flip flops so my feet definitely had some scratches from the rocks and bushes.

Because it was cold, safe to say when out photos weren’t being taken, we had a sweater or cardigan on. But nonetheless, it was fun!

This was also the day that the twins asked us to be their maids of honor! πŸ™‚

Our flower crowns were made by my best friend, Shirley, and we all liked it. They were so cute!

My dress was from Forever 21 and my flip flops were from Old Navy. I believe their dresses ranged from Express, H&M, and Forever 21. But a huge shout out to our girl, Lita, for always taking and editing the best photos!
