Styling Blue Pants

Styling Blue Pants

I used to find it difficult to style colored pants.

I personally think it’s easier to style colored pants when you’re pairing pants with a top that has designs and numerous colors.

My top is from Primark in a size 4. It’s a sleeveless top. I love how colorful and fun the top is. The top contains black, white pink, and gray colors. I personally think all of these colors match perfectly well with my blue colored pants. My top is a more neutral toned top but with some pink to make it look more fun. When styling colored pants, it’s important to pair it with a top that has some sort of the color of the pants on the shirt OR a shirt with neutral tones. You don’t necessarily have to wear white or black when wearing colored pants. You can play around with colors by trying to throw beige, gray or even light colored colors like a light shade of pink. My pants are from Wet Seal. Unfortunately, they shut down. My pants used to fit me perfectly but now, they’re extremely loose, as seen in the photos, and they’re also low-rise. I should’ve worn a belt with it because it’s loose on my waist and hips. The pants do fit my ankles, calves and thighs. I have a small waist so my pants tend to fall down and I SHOULD wear a belt more often. I love this blue color because it’s not too bright or loud. It’s easy to pair things up with and it’s a nice color. It’s totally appropriate for work or an office setting, because the color isn’t too distracting nor is it too loud. They’re also stretchy and soft. SIMILAR HERE.

I paired my outfit with a dark beige color to kind of go with the light shade of pink. I think beige matches with every color. I decided to pair this dark beige to compliment the dark blue and the light shade of pink on my top. The shoes are from H&M. They’re actually a size 7.5 so the pointed area did hurt my feet a little bit, but it wasn’t anything too unbearable. SIMILAR HERE. Wearing beige shoes, in my opinion, makes the outfit look better because it’s not too matchy.

I threw on a white cardigan to, of course, match with the white lines on my top. It was somewhat chilly in the morning so I threw on this cardigan for more warmth. And of course, white matches every color. This cardigan is from Wet Seal. SIMILAR HERE.

You’re so adoreable, loving your eye smile (smize). I get you though, I always stick to my black and white jeans because of my difficulty pairing clothes sometimes
