This day was my last day in New Orleans.
It was extremely hot in the morning, like a sticky hot so I thought it was a perfect day to wear my maxi dress! I am obsessed with this dress. I’ve had it for a year and haven’t found an occasion to wear it, so I thought my sister’s bachelorette weekend was the perfect occasion. I didn’t put on any makeup because our flight was leaving in a few hours and we weren’t going to land until midnight so I knew I was going to be too lazy to take off my makeup, also hence why I look so tired! But I’m obsessed with the colors of this dress. They’re so bright and colorful, and it makes me happy. I love wearing bright colored clothes. The best part of this dress is that there is a slit! I used to hate maxi dresses because of how short I am but I’ve grown to love them, especially if they have slits in them! This was had a slit! The dress was a little big on my upper body. I don’t have big cleavage so my dress was falling down and showing my side boobs. But other than that, this was the perfect summer dress.
It started raining right before we left for the airport, so needless to say, my dress ended up getting soaked! But it’s okay because I was able to get a few pictures of the dress! I kept it simple with the shoes and wore flip flops! I didn’t want to wear sandals because I was going to switch into sneakers and wanted to wear shoes that I can take off and put back on, so flip flops were the best choice.
I wish I took more photos of my dress, especially in different locations but we were in a rush to clean up, get lunch, get souvenirs and get to our flight on time. But I’ll definitely be wearing this dress again!
