Whenever I travel, I try to hit at least one bar or club just to see how it is. I’m normally not a club or bar person but I’ll try anything for the experience. My sister and I dressed up to go to the bar. I decided to wear this blue lace dress since I didn’t want to be too dressed up or too casual. This dress is a layered dress with a sheer fabric in the bottom and a blue lacey fabric on top. This dress wasn’t too short or too formal. To me, it was just the right dress to go bar hopping in Houston.
With this dress, I just wore black sandals. I wasn’t in the mood to wear heels so I just wanted to keep it casual. These sandals have amazing material and is great for most occasions. Because I didn’t want to be too dressed up, I thought sandals were the best option. I had a pair of heels in my suitcase but I preferred to wear sandals.
It was a little chilly in Houston so I paired this dress up with a beige cardigan. This cardigan has slits on the side, which is perfect for me! I love anything with slits and this beige color matches just about everything. I personally think it went well with the dress. Beige and royal blue is a good color combination. In general, I was warm but also dressed cute!
