Oil + Water Facial Mist & Face and Hair Oil Review

For those of you who have not read my previous Oil + Water review, you can read it here. But they are brand that I was introduced to by Palm.

I really loved the products from last month so I was excited to try the product this month. I was able to try out their Facial Mist and their Face and Hair Oil.

The facial mist is a  hydrating, balancing, and toning fine mist spray formulated for daily use. They have beautifully scented pure rose hydrosol ingredients that moisturizes the skin, restores the skin’s pH balance, calms sensitivity and redness, and regenerates skin with its powerful antioxidants. Basically, this facial mist is perfect to refresh your skin throughout the day as needed. So you can also use it with a clay mask – such a fun new thing that I learned. You can either hydrate the mask with it (just be careful not to spray it directly onto the dry powder, as the powder will fly everywhere!), or spritz it on after the mask is applied to keep the clay from drying out and feeling tight on your skin. This facial mist also contains witch hazel and it is organic witch hazel distillate, and doesn’t include any alcohol like commercial witch hazel extract does. All of the hydrosols they use are sourced from small-batch distillers who pride themselves on the purity and freshness of their products. The facial mist also contains Aloe vera and calendula that help to soothe and soften, while vegetable glycerin acts as a humectant to help the skin retain its natural moisture. So it also is multi-functional! You can use this as a toner, makeup setting spray, & refresher! It is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin and it is vegan!

I love sprays because I’ve been getting dry lately so I need all the moisturizing I can get! I have sensitive skin so thankfully, this spray does not harm or hurt my skin whatsoever. There is a slight scent but nothing too strong or too crazy. I mainly use it as a facial mist so I’m not sure if it’s great for a toner or setting spray but I love how it’s multi-functional. I use this throughout the day to hydrate and it does a great job, also without making me too greasy too because although I get dry during the cold, I also still get oily so this product helps with my combination skin and I genuinely like it.

As for the face and hair oil, it is a lightweight and fast-absorbing oil formulated for daily hydration. It is made with organic, cold-pressed carrier oils and creamy, moisturizing cupuaçu butter, this serum is packed with nutrients for healthy, glowing skin and lustrous hair. It is also scented with a blend of calming chamomile and rejuvenating carrot seed essential oils and enriched with vitamin e, a powerful antioxidant, this oil will soothe your skin and senses alike. This oil contains organic Cold Pressed Argan and grapeseed oil ingredients that help make this super lightweight and fast-absorbing! The moisture lasts all day long! It is suitable for all skin and hair types and versatile enough to be used as a body oil too! This is the one product we can never be without. The ingredients are all organic, fair trade, wild harvested, and food grade options whenever possible. It is also vegan and does not use palm oil for environmental reasons.

I use this product for both my hair and face. As a facial oil, it helps to moisturize my skin without making me too oily. I like that it’s fast absorbing and works so well with my sensitive skin.

I like this product more for the hair oil. I have disgusting, dead, frizzy hair. My hair needs all the work it can get! This product is to be used when your hair is damp. So, in the morning, I’ll wet it a little and then, I’ll put the product at the ends of my hair and it does a great job with making my hair look alive and gorgeous. I still have frizzy hair but regardless, it makes my hair look alive and healthy. And I love it! Even though they don’t say we can, I also put it on the top of my hair/head because my hair tends to get really frizzy at the top as well. I just use a little bit and my hair reacts well with it. My hair looks luscious, alive and healthy and I love it!

I genuinely love this brand and so far, I’m happy with these products.
