Brooklyn Botany Shampoo and Oil Review
I’ve used products from Brooklyn Botany in the past so if you’re interested, you can read more about them in my previous posts.
I bought two of their products this time. I bought the Tea Tree Shampoo and the Camellia Wonder Oil.
The Tea Tree Shampoo is designed for dandruff, itchy scalp, and dry scalp. Their formulation uses mild surfactants that will not strip the scalp nor the hair. It also contains Panthenol to moisturize, nurture and condition the hair. It contains Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil and Castor Oil.
There is a slight scent because it’s of “tea tree.” I don’t think it smells bad at all. It’s a great scent without being too strong. I do suffer from a dry scalp and dandruff. This product is perfect for helping my hair and now, you can barely see any dandruff! It makes my hair soft and smooth without being too irritating for my scalp. It protects my hair and makes it strong as well! I adore it!
The Camellia Wonder Oil contains no harmful chemicals, no added color or alcohol, all natural fragrance and it is not tested on animals. It is vegan, gluten free and made in the USA. It can be used as a gentle facial cleanser or a moisturizer. It’s basically to heal acne scars. It’s great for removing makeup, a natural bath body and massage oil, and stretch mark remover.
I used this product to remove my makeup and it felt amazing. It’s light on my face but does a great job at removing my makeup, especially my waterproof eyeliner and mascara. This product doesn’t make me feel greasy or oily whatsoever even though it’s basically an oil. It does a great job with healing my skin while removing my makeup. It doesn’t irritate my skin nor does it annoy me whatsoever. It’s completely gentle and I love it!
I definitely recommend these two products and the brand itself!
