Patchology Perfect Ten Self-Warming Hand & Cuticle Mask and PoshPeel™ Pedi Cure Review

I think most of you all know how much I love Patchology but if not, you can read all of my previous posts.

This month, I was able to try out their Perfect Ten Self-Warming Hand & Cuticle Mask and PoshPeel™ Pedi Cure.

Their PoshPeel Pedi Cure is one 60 minute treatment. It send calluses packing and tell dead skin to hit the road. The concentrated ingredients in their Activating Essence dissolve dead skin and exfoliate rough patches, while botanical extracts brighten. Their Activating Essence contains 5 effective ingredients: Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, & Botanical Extracts. It is a 60 minute treatment. Smooth and soft skin right after the treatment! To use it, you pour the desired amount of Activating Essence into one of the Foot Masque Socks and evenly distribute along the inside of the cotton lining. Place your foot inside the sock and seal with attached closure. Repeat for the other foot. Wear for 60 minutes (or up to 90 minutes if greater exfoliation is desired). Remove socks. Thoroughly rinse and dry feet. Progressive peeling action will take place over 3-7 days.

As you can tell by my photos, I was completely confused on how to use this product. Haha. I opened the package and had my sister help me out. She tightened the pedi cure for me. I unfortunately did not pour enough activating essence as I was confused on how much I needed (because I was an idiot and didn’t fully read directions). It basically looked like I was wearing socks or boots. It was so funny to put them on and see them in action. I had a cut on my ankle so the activating essence did sting my cut. So if you have any cuts on your foot area or blisters from your shoes, it MAY hurt. I have sensitive skin so it hurt for me. But the sting went away a couple minutes later. It was relaxing, although very interesting to wear and use. Haha. But my feet didn’t hurt nor did the essence affect my skin in any way (in a bad way, I mean). After the hour was up, I wash my feet and air dried them and my feet felt amazing. It was nice to be off my feet after walking all over NYC. (I brought this on vacation with me) I did see peeling over the next couple days and it was nice to see that this pedi cure does indeed work and helps to exfoliate without irritating my skin. I just think the whole process is funny because of how I look but it was nice to kick back and kick my feet up. I really enjoyed this pamper and saw the results I needed.

For the Perfect Ten Self-Warming Hand & Cuticle Mask, it is Patchology’s new self-warming and softening hand mask. Using the same insulation technology as space blankets, it locks in your natural body heat to allow the coconut-infused formula inside to better penetrate the skin. This coconut-infused formula features an intensely moisturizing blend of nourishing Macadamia Oil, one of the best natural sources of rare free radical fighting Omega-7 in the world; ultra-rich Shea Butter, which supports healthy cell turnover and promotes healing; and Rosehip Oil, which improves skin’s elasticity. It locks in your natural body heat to allow the coconut-infused formula inside to better penetrate the skin. Ten minutes later, chapped hands are rejuvenated, cuticles are softened, and you’re that much more relaxed. To use it, you open sachet, unfold gloves, and apply to clean, dry hands. Seal with attached sticker and relax for 10 minutes, or longer if desired. Remove and discard gloves, and massage the remaining cream into skin. There is no need to rinse.

I put this on after I put on the pedi cure so you can obviously see how funny I look. Haha. But it was genuinely a nice pamper after a long day. I thankfully had my sister to help me. It was easy opening the Perfect Ten and all I had to do was stick my hand in and tie it tighter. I instantly felt the warmth a minute later and my sister felt it too when she was near me. It’s not like a burning hot sensation. It’s a nice warm feeling and it’s great after being in the cold all day. The formula felt great on my hand and I loved using it. After the 10 minutes, my hands felt warm and moisturized. All I had to do was massage the remainder and my hands felt amazing. My body gets extremely dry in the winter so with this, I no longer have cracked hands, so I enjoyed this product.

I wish there were more products in the box. Each set only came with one and wish it came with more but nonetheless, I loved each product.
