Every now and then, I try to dress professional for work. I know sometimes my skirts are a little too short and my tops are a little too tight.

For this outfit, I think I did a good job with attempting to dress professional.

With this out, the skirt is up to my knees so the length is definitely appropriate. I absolutely love the color and the checkers. I think it’s great for Fall so it’s definitely a great transition piece from summer to fall. I love the material and I adore how thick it is. You can still see the bulkiness of me tucking in my shirt but you can’t see my underwear line.

The loops of my skirt are so small so I threw on a tiny belt. I underestimated how skinny I am because I had to wrap the belt around twice and there wasn’t a hole for me to keep the belt attached.

As for my top, it is a two-piece and goes together. There’s a white sleeveless top with a crochet-like top attached to it, so it is a two-piece layered top. The crochet part of the top was ripped and a little dirty but itwasn’t too noticeable so no one really noticed.

I paired this outfit up with black flats to match with the belt.

In general, this is one of my favorite outfits!
