Trying out Love Sylvie Perfume

I’m super excited to introduce some perfumes to you all!

As you all know, I love trying new products and reviewing them so I was excited to try these perfumes.

For those of you who are unfamiliar, Love Sylvie is the first brand to craft seasonal-only perfume. They are the first brand to offer 12 unique scents a year. They are the first brand to make a commitment to ONLY travel-friendly sizes/bottles so I’m super excited to bring these perfumes for when I travel next month.

So a little more about this brand, they made these perfume scents based off of memories. Each scent is meant to bring you back to a certain memory or to bring you back to a safe place in your childhood. These scents are here to help you pair a unique scent to memorable occasions.

So more about the perfume is that they are of Eau de parfum, free of toxic chemicals, made with organic sugar cane alcohol, high amount of natural ingredients, women-owned manufacturing in the US, vegan & cruelty-free and their perfumes are always travel friendly.

So if you were wondering how they work and what their pricing is like, they have 3 luxury scents per seasonal collection. They ship 4 times per year. They have a one-time collection of $50 and a seasonal collection with subscription for $40. Each collection lasts 3-4 months of heavy use.

Now, onto the fun stuff! What scents did I receive and what do I like?

I received three scents, Yule, Noe, and Adair.

Yule is crisp pine and warm frankincense. It is a crisp, herbaceous scent which captures the feeling of walking through fresh snow in a pine forest. It contains organic sugar cane alcohol, distilled water, pine, frankincense, and parfum. So this was my least favorite scent. I have a bit of sensitive nostrils so when I first smelled it, my nose crunched up. I normally like pine cones but this one was a little too strong, so if you have sensitive nostrils, this may be too strong. But the strong scent did go away a couple hours later.

Adair is a winter berries and night-blooming jasmine scent. Adair is a deep, sensual fragrance. The scent is of top notes of winter berries, plus hints of night blooming jasmine. It evokes the mystery of a dark winter night. Ingredients include organic sugar cane alcohol, distilled water, patchouli, and parfum. This was my second favorite. It isn’t as strong as the Yule so I really liked it. I liked how the scent isn’t powerful or lingering. When I wore it, the scent did last throughout the day but it wasn’t as strong so that’s great!

Finally, Noe. Noe is a spicy vanilla & Mediterranean Blood Orange. Noe is perfectly paired with mulled cider in front of the fireplace. It captures the warmth and richness of winter. Ingredients include organic sugar cane alcohol, distilled water, blood orange, bergamot, clove, and parfum. This is my absolutely favorite scent of the three because it smells fruity. I LOVE fruity scents so I wore this for 3 days straight. It does smell like oranges so if you like orange scents or fruit scents, it is the one for you. It’s not strong whatsoever but it does last throughout the day. I’m obsessed with this scent and it’s amazing.

The scents all depend on your preferences but I do genuinely recommend each scent. My favorite is, of course, Noe, so I highly recommend it for traveling, gift sets or just a gift for yourself!

Don’t forget to check out their website and make a purchase for Christmas!
