Valentine’s Day Outfit

Happy Valentine’s Day.

Well, happy belated Valentine’s Day. I celebrated Valentine’s Day with my sister for a nice Galentine’s Day. Of course, we got dressed up. I am wearing a maroon velvet dress from Rosegal. For long time readers, most of you know that I absolutely love velvet. I wear it throughout the year in all types of weather.

When I saw this dress, I knew I had to get it. I don’t have boobs so I had to tape the dress onto my body so that I didn’t get a nip slip. But in general, the material is thick. This dress kept me warm when we were outside walking to the restaurant. I had a trenchcoat but in general, I wasn’t cold at all. There’s a little choker neck with the dress. It is big but at least I don’t have to struggle sticking my head through the choker. Also, the color is perfect for Valentine’s Day. It’s a cute, maroon color and the velvet is just perfect for Winter.

The dress isn’t short at all, so I didn’t have to worry about wearing shorts underneath. The dress also isn’t tight whatsoever. It was fitted enough to make me look good but in general, it wasn’t tight. I personally love bodycon dresses but I knew I was going to be eating a lot so I wore a dress that wasn’t too tight.

In general, I am obsessed with this dress. The color, the material, the v neck – it’s just perfect for me. It screams my style.
