How To Bundle Up for the Cold and Still Look Good

Ever want to look stylish but still be warm?

Look no further!

On one of the last few Blogmas posts, we are going to delve into how to bundle up for the cold and still look good.

For those of you who love wearing peacoats but don’t find it effective in the winter, you can still wear that peacoat and look stylish! For anyone who wants to wear a cute peacoat in the winter, size up the peacoat. If you’re normally a large, get an extra large. If you’re normally a small, order a medium. When staying warm but looking stylish, it’s important to bundle up. So now that your peacoat is a size bigger, throw on your favorite warm sweater or even a cute cardigan and pretty blouse underneath. From the outside perspective, you look stylish but you’re still warm inside without looking too bulky. You can wear a sweater under your coat or you can wear a blouse with a cardigan on top.

For those of you who don’t want to size up in coats, that’s fine! Wear your favorite jacket or coat and then, wear your most stylish gloves. Accessorize it with earmuffs. I don’t care what anyone says, earmuffs are totally in! Instead of getting your ears cold, wear earmuffs and accessorize with a cute scarf. Accessorizing will help you to bundle up for the cold while still looking good.

Another way to bundle up for the cold and still look good is by starting off with thin fabrics first and then layer with thick fabrics. For example, wear your favorite t-shirt or button up. This will be the very first article of clothing that you’ll wear. Then, throw on a furry vest or a thicker vest on top. Afterwards, throw on a cardigan that does not have buttons or a zipper so that your best can still be seen. Afterwards, throw on your favorite jacket on top with a thick scarf, a cute beanie, thick gloves and extra pairs of socks to go with your boots. Now, you look trendy but are still warm enough to brace the cold.

Professional wise, you may have to size up so that you don’t look bulky. For those of you who love looking professional no matter what, then this top is for you. Wear a camisole or tank top as your first item so that you can keep your stomach warm. Then, throw on a button-up or even a collar shirt to give you some extra warmth. Then, throw on a thick blazer so that you can stay extra warm but still look stylish. Afterwards, throw on a thick peacoat so that you are still looking trendy. To make sure you remain professional, wear dress pants and cute ankle boots with 2-3 pairs of socks. Then, accessorize with a scarf, earmuffs and gloves. I wear outfits like this all the time and I’m still stylish and warm!

Hopefully, these tips help you to bundle up for the cold and still look good.
