You are all about goal setting and challenges this year. You may have plodded through previous years without any sense of direction or purpose; now you’re determined not to let that get you down. If you want to live a health and happy life you need to learn how to step out of your comfort zone. You can’t just stick with the same things you’ve known all your life, otherwise they’re simply not going to challenge you. Think about your daily habits. Are they monotonous, tedious or boring to you? Let’s switch it up! You don’t have to be stuck in a rut all of your life. It’s time to break out of your mould and succeed by challenging your body, mind and soul this year.

The Career Challenge

The first place to start with this sequence of challenges should be your career. Ultimately, if you aren’t happy and fulfilled in your career, the rest of your life won’t feel aligned. Dig deep and think about what you truly love doing. Do you love everything surrounding the health industry? If so, macrobiotic courses might be right up your street. Finding a career in which you can actually help people and learn a lot along the way too, should be your first port of call.

The Relationship Challenge

As soon as you reassess all the relationships in your life, you will quickly notice what is letting you down and what is working. You don’t have to live your life surrounded by unsupportive people; you deserve so much more. Work on the most important relationships in your life from romantic partners to your parents. As soon as you have established a health relationship with everyone who mean a lot to you, it will feel hugely rewarding.

The Lifestyle Challenge

Sometimes it becomes very easy to neglect yourself by adopting bad lifestyle habits. As soon as you start to let these things slip it can have a knock on effect on the rest of the things in your life. Adopt the lifestyle challenge by practicing gratitude, healthier habits and positivity.  When you learn how to practice self care effectively, it can shift your entire mindset. Overall, you want to be completely happy in all aspects of your life, so a lifestyle overhaul could be absolutely game changing for you.

As soon as you take on all of these challenges, you will feel an instant sense of achievement. Similarly, you will also feel accomplished and satisfied in all the various aspects of your life. You don’t need to go through life feeling as though you’re chasing the next best thing or trying to run away from the bad stuff! Seize this opportunity and make time to better every aspect of your life. It may take the entire year to achieve everything, but at least you will be able to look back and be proud of everything you have challenged yourself to in the year 2020.
