Palm introduced me to a new brand of using supplements to help your health called LivOnLabs. The brand I was introduced to is LivOn Labs where they help you to take more Vitamin C. You basically take this supplement with water 15 minutes before you eat and it’ll help with your daily vitamin c supplement.

This brand is all about helping customers raise their vitamin c levels in a healthy way. Their supplements encapsulates the C molecules in liposomes made from Essential Phospholipids, which protect the vitamin c from destruction in the digestive system. They are all about promoting vitamin c in a healthy living way.

Basically, I pour the supplement in a shot glass or a glass in general. I usually wait a few minutes for the supplement to settle into the water and then, I take my shot. I usually do it in a shot-based but you can easily just drink it out of a cup. It does have a little taste. It reminded me of a yolk-based taste but not to that extent. But I think it’s because I slowly drink the shot and not just gulp it.

I’ve used these supplements every day for a little week now. I haven’t seen too much of a difference but I do feel so much better. I feel like I have more energy and I feel like my skin has slowly started getting better. My immune system feels a little better and my gums feel healthier.

I will continue to use these supplements every day because I’m excited about getting healthier.
