Do you all remember Organique Science? Well, I’m bringing it back because I’m super excited to show you all the products I’ve tried this month. If you are interested, you can read all of my past reviews.

I was able to try out the NILYN All Natural Sleep Formula and the Pure Biotin.

I’m going to be honest and well, I didn’t like the scent and the pills were huge. I was genuinely nervous about taking these. I didn’t know they were going to be this big and I didn’t know there was going to be a scent. However, I did have a bottle of water with me to help me swallow. If you don’t like big pills, I recommend having an entire water bottle with you so that it can help you swallow. I don’t believe it tasted like anything but that’s because I had a ton of water with me.

Aside from the huge pill and the scent, I think I had a good sleep. I took this pill and stayed up for another hour (lol) but when I finally put my phone down to go to sleep, I don’t think it took me that long and I didn’t wake up until my alarm woke me up so I don’t believe I woke up in the middle of the night like I normally do. I think once you put your phone down and decide to go to sleep, you’ll fall asleep within 10 minutes because I don’t remember when I fell asleep but I know I didn’t have any trouble sleeping nor did I wake up in the middle of the night.

I’ve only tried these pills twice because I was nervous about depending on them but so far, I’ve had good experiences for both.

With this product, it was similar to the NILYN. The pills were ginormous but there was no scent so I was happy about that. I did drink a ton of water to avoid tasting the pill and to make sure it did go down. I’ve only used these pills for a few days so I haven’t seen a difference with my hair and nails. But I’m excited to take more of these.
